【摘要】:ThisCodeappliestoanyplantsize.Itcanbeusedtomeasuretheperformanceofaplantinitsnormaloperatingcondition,withallequipmentinacleanandfully-functionalcondition.ThisCodeprovidesexplicitmethodsandproceduresforcombined-cyclepowerplantsandformostgas,liquid,andsolidfueledRankinecycleplants.ThereisnointenttorestricttheuseofthisCodeforothertypesofheat-cyclepowerplants,providingtheexplicitprocedurescanbemet.Itdoesnot,however,applytosimple-cyclegasturbinepowerplants(seeASMEPTC22instead).ThescopeofthisCodebeginsforagasturbinebasedpowergeneratingunitwhenaheat-recoverysteamgeneratorisincludedwithinthetestboundary.Totestaparticularpowerplantorcogenerationfacility,thefollowingconditionsmustbemet.(a)ameansmustbeavailabletodetermine,througheitherdirectorindirectmeasurements,alloftheheatinputsenteringthetestboundaryandalloftheelectricalpowerandsecondaryoutputsleavingthetestboundary;(b)ameansmustbeavailabletodetermine,througheitherdirectorindirectmeasurements,alloftheparameterstocorrecttheresultsfromthetesttothebasereferencecondition;(c)thetestresultuncertaintiesareexpectedtobelessthanorequaltotheuncertaintiesgiveninSubsection1.3fortheapplicableplanttype;and(d)theworkingfluidforvaporcyclesmustbesteam.ThisrestrictionisimposedonlytotheextentthatotherfluidsmayrequiremeasurementsormeasurementmethodsdifferentfromthoseprovidedbythisCodeforsteamcycles.Inaddition,thisCodedoesnotprovidespecificreferencesforthepropertiesofworkingfluidsotherthansteam.TestsaddressingotherpowerplantperformancerelatedissuesareoutsidethescopeofthisCode.Theseincludethefollowing:emissionstests:testingtoverifycompliancewithregulatoryemissionslevels(e.g.,airbornegaseousandparticulate,solidandwastewater,noise,etc.),orrequiredforcalibrationandcertificationofemission-monitoringsystems.operationaldemonstrationtests:thevariousstandardpowerplantteststypicallyconductedduringstartup,orperiodicallythereafter,todemonstratespecifiedoperatingcapabilities(e.g.,minimumloadoperation,automaticloadcontrolandloadramprate,fuelswitchingcapability,etc.).Reliabilitytests:testsconductedoveranextendedperiodofdaysorweekstodemonstratethecapabilityofthepowerplanttoproduceaspecifiedminimumoutputleveloravailability.Themeasurementmethods,calculations,andcorrectionstodesignconditionsincludedhereinmaybeofuseindesigningtestsofthistype;however,thisCodedoesnotaddressthistypeoftestingintermsofprovidingexplicittestingproceduresoracceptancecriteria.
