【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverspolychlorotrifluoroethylene(PCTFE)plasticsthatconsistofatleast90%chlorotrifluoroethyleneandaresuitableforextrusionandforcompressionandinjectionmolding.Theremaining10%mayincludechemicalmodifications,suchasco-monomers,butnotcolorants,fillers,plasticizers,ormechanicalblendswithotherresins.ThisspecificationdoesnotcoverrecycledPCTFEmaterials.ThephysicalandelectricalpropertiesofpartsmoldedorextrudedfromPCTFEmoldingcompoundsvarywiththecrystallinecontentobtainedduringprocessingandsubsequentannealing.Accordingly,thenumericalvalueslistedinTable1applyonlytothetestspecimensmoldedinaccordancewithSection8.Thesevaluesmaynotbeapplicableasdesigncriteriatopartspreparedandannealedunderotherconditions.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thefollowingprecautionarystatementpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section10,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Note1-AlthoughthisspecificationandISO12086-1(1994)andISO12086-2(1994)differinapproachordetail,dataobtainedusingeitheraretechnicallyequivalent.
