【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61400dealswithsafetyphilosophy,qualityassurance,andengineeringintegrityandspecifiesrequirementsforthesafetyofSmallWindTurbines(SWTs)includingdesign,installation,maintenanceandoperationunderspecifiedexternalconditions.Itspurposeistoprovidetheappropriatelevelofprotectionagainstdamagefromhazardsfromthesesystemsduringtheirplannedlifetime.ThispartofIEC61400isconcernedwithallsubsystemsofSWTsuchasprotectionmechanisms,internalelectricalsystems,mechanicalsystems,supportstructures,foundationsandtheelectricalinterconnectionwiththeload.WhilethispartofIEC61400issimilartoIEC61400-1,itdoessimplifyandmakesignificantchangesinordertobeapplicabletosmallturbines.ThispartofIEC61400appliestowindturbineswitharotorsweptareasmallerthan200m2,generatingatavoltagebelow1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.ThispartofIEC61400shouldbeusedtogetherwiththeappropriateIECandISOstandards(seeClause2).

【摘要】:ThissectionofIEC61000-4relatestotheimmunityrequirementsandtestmethodsforelectricalandelectronicequipment,underoperationalconditions,tooscillatorywavesrepresentedby:a)non-repetitivedampedoscillatorytransients(ringwave)occurringinlow-voltagepower,controlandsignallinessuppliedbypublicandnon-publicnetworks;b)repetitivedampedoscillatorywavesoccurringmainlyinpower,controlandsignalcablesinstalledinhighvoltageandmediumvoltage(HV/MV)stations.NOTEAccordingtothefrequenciesconsideredinthisstandard,itisonlyrelevantforaninsulatedswitchgear.Theobjectofthisbasicstandardistoestablishtheimmunityrequirementsandacommonreferenceforevaluatinginalaboratorytheperformanceofelectricalandelectronicequipmentintendedforresidential,commercialandindustrialapplication,aswellasofequipmentintendedforelectricalstations,asapplicable.Thepurposeofthisstandardistodefine:-testvoltageandcurrentwaveforms;-rangesoftestlevels;-testequipment;-testset-up;-testprocedure.Thisstandarddoesnotintendtospecifytheteststobeappliedtoparticularapparatusorsystems.ItsmainaimistogiveageneralbasicreferencetoallconcernedproductcommitteesoftheIEC.Theproductcommittees(orusersandmanufacturersofequipment)remainresponsiblefortheappropriatechoiceofthetestsandtheseverityleveltobeappliedtotheirequipment.Inordertoimpedethetaskofcoordinationandstandardization,theproductcommitteesorusersandmanufacturersarestronglyrecommendedtoconsider(intheirfutureworkorrevisionofoldstandards)theadoptionoftherelevantimmunitytestsspecifiedinthisstandard.
